How we source it
Pig selection follows the line, not the price list: internal diameter, wall-thickness changes, bend radius, valve bore and the debris you expect all decide cup profile, durometer and brush arrangement. We size against your pipeline data sheet, quote a run sequence where progressive cleaning is needed, and supply the launcher and receiver spares in the same order so a pigging campaign is not held up by one seal.

- How do I choose the right pig for my line?
- Give us the nominal bore, wall thickness, minimum bend radius, product and the cleaning objective — de-watering, debris removal, batching or gauging. We recommend a pig type and durometer, and where the line has never been cleaned we propose a progressive sequence starting with a low-density foam pig.
- Do you supply gauging pigs for pre-commissioning?
- Yes. Gauging pigs with aluminium plates cut to the agreed percentage of internal diameter, supplied with the plate certificate so the pre-commissioning record is complete.
- Can you supply spares for existing launchers and receivers?
- Closure seals, quick-opening closure spares, pig signallers, kicker valves and trays are quoted to your drawing or nameplate data, including obsolete models where an equivalent can be qualified.
