How we source it
This is the line most enquiries actually start in. Send a part number, a photograph, a sample or a description of what the item has to do, and we identify it, find a manufacturer who makes it to a standard worth having, and quote it with the certification stated. Items that recur then move onto their own supply schedule rather than being re-sourced each time.

- Yes — that is what this category is for. Industrial products, raw materials, consumables and spare parts are sourced on request against a part number, sample, drawing or a plain description of the duty.
- What information do you need to quote an unlisted item?
- Whatever you have. A part number and nameplate photograph is ideal; a sample, a dimensioned sketch or a description of the application is enough to start. We come back with questions rather than guesses.
- Do you handle import, clearance and delivery?
- Yes. Quotations can be issued on FOB, CFR, CIF or delivered-to-site terms, and we handle shipping documentation, customs clearance and inland delivery within Pakistan where the delivered basis is chosen.
